Exhibited works

This page represents a series of exhibited works that use photography as the basis of the work.

The following represent a range of projects I have been involved in, from exhibited photographic works to more complex digital interactions.

  • Ubiquitous interactivity

Ubiquitous Interactivity uses radio frequency card technology to generate images based on hidden card data.

  • WELCOME TO THE COUNTRYSIDE

The large-scale images comment on these issues by interweaving the natural photographic scenery with model objects and figures to ultimately not only recreate but also alter the conventional landscape view.

  • WELCOME TO THE PARK

On first reflection these are a series of landscape panoramas depicting a busy rural scene, but these are a digital construct that record visitors to beauty spots within the Lake District National Park

  • Street Portraits

Taken in and around central London between 1990 and 1991, these portraits were taken on Polaroid type 55 film using a large format 5x4 plate camera.

  • 2.4GHZ HOMING PIGEONS

Based on the original photographic work of Edward Muybridge's study of pigeons in flight, this work utilises Bluetooth technology to build an interactive environment.

  • Residency PRoject

This work was constructed from photographs taken within the Lake District National Park, Cumbria, using elements of landscape to create a real but imaginary space.
